These terms govern your use of RDPane, a software application published by Buffalo Tech Systems. By installing or using RDPane, you agree to them.
RDPane is licensed, not sold. A Personal licence grants you, one individual, the right to install and use RDPane on the computers you personally use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your licence key. Volume and per-seat business licences are available on request.
RDPane offers a 14-day free trial with full functionality. After the trial ends, starting new remote sessions requires a valid licence; your existing data remains accessible and exportable.
You are responsible for how you use RDPane and for the systems you connect to. Only connect to machines you are authorised to access.
A Personal licence includes updates within the version 1 series. Future major versions may be offered as separate purchases.
RDPane is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buffalo Tech Systems is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
